Having learned that not all media reporting is done for the reason of actually informing their viewers/readers, I enjoy being informed of what BOTH sides of any one issue.
Over a week ago now, I started searching for a simple plant stand 36″-39″ in height. After searching for new plant stands online, and realizing I was looking at having to spend hundreds of dollars for new, I decided that I would gladly settle for buying a used plant stand that needed painting.
Searching with Google, I found a few used plant stands listed for sale on Kijiji, but the owners did not respond to my emailed questions. Then I noticed that Google seems to be ignoring one of THE best online classified ad servers EVER… Craigslist!

Hydro One is NOT the only guilty party when it comes to a lack of proper customer service. Oshawa PUC Networks Inc. (referred to henceforth as Oshawa PUC), is every bit as guilty. Makes me wonder just how many MORE residents of Oshawa are being ripped off as I have been.
When my hydro bills started increasing beyond what I deemed to be my proper usage, I telephoned 905-723-4623, asking for help, only to reach a customer service reps that, I learned later, were instructed to humour hydro customers (me) by assuring me there was no problem with the meter. >> Continue reading

Back in February 2011, I made the mistake of trusting an Oshawa GM dealership, after a friend assured me that times had changed, explaining that he had received good customer service from this once well-known to be dishonest dealer. This former co-worker and friend introduced me to his salesman, and I let him talk me into using the new vehicle voucher that was given as part of the package deal I had received for having been forced out of work back in 2009. >> Continue reading
After the second week of attacks on my impatiens, I started asking neighbours if they were suffering a loss of flowers, but nope! One neighbour claimed that even the rabbits have been leaving his veggie garden alone this year.
