Inspirational Story – Sent By a Friend
-
Back on 11 November 2004, a dear friend sent me this via email to help encourage me through a VERY difficult era in my life. I’d like to share it with EVERYONE here …and, so I’ll not lose this in a pile of paperwork again.

HERO
So very many managers (and a few executives) took me “under-their-wings” over the years that I worked for a local manufacturer thus I decided to send each of them a special “Thank You” letter for all they had done for me… but, not before we (and, planet earth) had lost my number one HERO… Desi Edwards.
Ontario Car Dealership Had My Loyalty! Here’s Why…

My Favourite Astrologer – Phil Booth
In 2004, when I first discovered Phil Booth was when he wrote the horoscopes for the Toronto Star Newspaper. Rescuing a Recipe Gone Bad… – TIP for Saving Food!
Being only about 16 years of age at the time, my mother let me go ahead and mix up a BIG batch of Banana Bread… which I had done on several occasions.
So much so that this recipe became one of my “specialties”… I loved to bake!
Having several mouths to feed and raising a rather large family on one income, my parents resorted to cost cutting measures such as purchasing things like every day baking products in bulk.
My father had re-modelled a cabinet to fit a small hallway just off the cooking kitchen.
This cabinet had two large bins in it, one which held a large bag of flour, the other held a large bag of icing sugar and brown sugar.
